Xianyou County (formerly Xianyou County, Xinghua Prefecture) is under the jurisdiction of Putian City, Fujian Province. It is located in the middle of the southeast coast of Fujian Province, at the junction of the southern and northern banks of Meizhou Bay, in the middle and upper reaches of Mulan Creek, between 118 ° 27 '- 118 ° 56' E and 25 ° 11 '- 25 ° 43' N.
