Xingcheng City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, is managed by Huludao City. It is located in the southwest of Liaoning Province, on the west bank of Liaodong Bay, and in the middle of the "Liaoxi Corridor". It is adjacent to the Bohai Sea in the southeast, the Rehe Hill in the northeast, the Longgang District and Lianshan District of Huludao City, Suizhong County across Liugu River in the southwest, and Jianchang County in the northwest. The total area is 2113 square kilometers, 314 kilometers from Shenyang.
