Zhuolu County, subordinate to Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Hebei Province, China, at the lower reaches of Sanggan River, and connects with Xiahuayuan District of Zhangjiakou City and the suburbs of Beijing City. The county seat is 75 kilometers away from Zhangjiakou downtown and 130 kilometers away from Beijing downtown. The county has jurisdiction over 1 county district, 13 towns and 4 townships, with a total area of 2802 square kilometers.
