Zichang City, a county-level city in Shanxi Province administered by Yan 'an City, is located in the middle of the Loess Plateau, bordered by Hengshan District in the north, Zizhou County and Qingjian County in the east, Yanchuan County and Yan 'an in the south, Ansai District and Jingbian County in the west, between 109°11 '58 "-- 110°01' 22" east longitude and 36°59 '30 "-- 37°30' 00" north latitude.
