Chuzhou City, referred to as Chuzhou in ancient times as Tuzhong, Qingliu and Xinchang, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province and a city in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta. It is located in the easternmost part of Anhui Province, with Nanjing in the east, Hefei in the west, Huaihe River in the north and Yangtze River in the south.
